Slice the green tomatoes (1/2 inch slices) and salt to taste.
In a bowl, add the all-purpose flour and season with salt and black pepper.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a plate.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with salt and black pepper.
Dip green tomato slices in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place tomatoes into the frying pan and when they are browned, flip them and fry in the other side.
Set the fried green tomatoes on paper towels to drain.
