This Chicken Thigh braised with tomatoes will surprise will. Do this recipe with our couscous polenta, it's so tasty.
In a frying pan, add the olive oil and fry the chicken thighs on medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Cover the frying pan to help cook the thighs even.
After that, set the chicken thighs aside and in the same frying pan, add the onions, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until the onions are brown.
After that, add the tomatoes and the seasonings ( salt, black pepper and basil).
Cover the frying pan again and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Stir once or twice.
Now, place the chicken thighs back to the pan and let it cook for more than 3 minutes on low heat.
You can add a little bit of water if you notice that the sauce is too dry.
Serve with couscous polenta.
