Melt the chocolate chips
In a blender or mixer whip the egg whites, after that, add the melted chocolate, the butter, the cachaça (vodka), and granulated sugar.
Set aside and let it cool.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and take it to a water bath (bain marie) to warm up; whip constantly to obtain a smooth cream. Let it cool.
In a mixer, whip the heavy cream until double or triple the volume.
In the same bowl of the whipped cream add the egg yolks cream and mix them with a spoon, then, add the chocolate dough.
Add the mousse dough in a bowl or little cups and refrigerate until firm.
When the mousse is firm, prepare the chantilly by mixing the heavy cream until double or triple the volume, after that, add the cachaça or vodka and mix a little bit more.
Place a generous spoon of chantilly on top of the mousse and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
