Need a good recipe with chicken but you don't have much time? Try this one and get a lemon taste to your chicken.
We posted the complete recipe here, but some ingredients are optional, you can still cook this recipe without the optional ingredientes.
Season the chicken fillet with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil and butter.
Add the chicken fillet and fry it for about 2-3 minutes each site until golden. Set aside when done.
In the same pan, add the rest of the butter, chopped garlic and fry it for a few seconds.
After that, add the chicken broth, table cream, lemon juice and wine and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
This part is optional - add the chopped broccoli or spinach and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the parmesan, stir well, then add the chicken fillet (if you get some juice from the chicken fillet while resting, you can add it to the pan too to bring more flavor), and let it cook for more 5 minutes.
It goes well with white rice and decor with some chopped parsley.
