Panko Bread Crumbs (Gluten free or not)
- 5 slices of white bread (you can also use gluten-free bread)
Recipe:
Remove the crusts or the edges of the bread
Use a blender or a food processor , add 2 slices of bread at a time and pulse until crumbly.
Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF(180º C), while the oven is pre-heating, spread the bread into a baking pan, no need to grease.
Bake it for about 20 minutes until crispy. Do not let the panko brown.
Remove the panko from the oven and let it cool.
You can store it in zip bags and frozen up to 3 months.
